Creation to Completion — guard assignment, QR check-in, invoicing

Creating a New Job

  1. Go to Jobs → New Job
  2. Fill in the job details:

Required. AI suggests category as you type.

Accept AI suggestion or pick manually.

Select from dropdown — auto-fills location.

Pre-filled from client — edit if different site.

Set the job window.

Normal / High / Urgent.

Select from dropdown, or click 📍 Nearest Guard for GPS auto-select.

Used for margin tracking on the dashboard.

Click Generate Notes for AI-drafted notes based on category.

Click Save & Finish when done.

Multi-Guard Team Assignment

Open any job and use the Team Management panel to add multiple guards. Each guard receives an SMS on assignment. Use AI Dispatch for automatic nearest-guard assignment based on live GPS.

Important Rules

Once marked Completed with an invoice attached, the stage cannot be moved back.

QR check-in at site automatically advances the job to In Progress — no manual action needed.
