How Manning Works
- Create an assignment — client, guard (or leave as "Ad-hoc guard" if they're not a TrakNet user), site, and the shift's dates.
- Copy the link that appears and paste it into WhatsApp to the guard — no login or app install needed.
- Guard taps the link, allows location + camera, and Clock Ins — a stamped photo (date, time, GPS, address) is captured automatically.
- At the end of the shift, the guard taps the same link again — it now shows Clock Out. Hours worked are calculated automatically.
- Click View on any assignment to see the most recent shift's photos and hours.
- Lost the link? Use Get new link instead of cancelling and starting over.
- Weekly Report: pick a week + client, then Export CSV for records or Create Invoice to raise a draft invoice for that client directly.
