Open the address in the device's own browser: Safari on iPhone/iPad, Chrome on Android. If you opened it from an email, WhatsApp or Teams link, use that app's "Open in browser" option first.
2 · Follow the steps for your device
Open Safari and go to the address above.
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen. On newer iPhones, tap the ••• button at the bottom right first, then Share.
Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen . If you can't see it, tap Edit Actions at the bottom and add it.
Leave Open as Web App switched on if you see it, check the name says TrakNet, then tap Add.
Open TrakNet from the new icon and sign in once. It will remember you after that.
Open Safari and go to the address above.
Tap the Share button at the top right, next to the address bar. On newer iPads it may be under the ••• button.
Tap Add to Home Screen .

Open Chrome and go to the address above.
Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right.
Tap Add to Home screen (it may say Install app), then Install.
Open TrakNet from the new icon and sign in once. It will remember you after that.
Using the Samsung browser? Tap the ≡ menu at the bottom right, then Add page to → Home screen.
If it doesn't work
No "Add to Home Screen" option: you're probably in a private/incognito tab or inside another app's browser. Open the address in Safari or Chrome directly.
It asks you to sign in again: the home-screen app keeps its own login, separate from your browser. Sign in once inside the app.
Old or blank icon: press and hold the icon, remove it, then add it again using the steps above.
